Sessions, Scheduling, Prices?
My 1-on-1 training programs are offered in bundles of 8 or 12 hourly sessions per month to make scheduling a breeze! Sessions can be scheduled 2, 3 or 5 days a week Monday - Friday depending on the plan. Each bundle can also be accompanied by a nutrition plan tailored to you, macro counting, special My PT Hub APP, and more.
You can train in-person at Fox Fitness with me, or consult online with individualized workouts and/or nutrition plans for either at home or on-the-go.
Single sessions are available if that works best for you. Contact me directly for set up!

About Fox Fitness
Fox Fitness is a locally owned gym in DFW. I was a customer here long before I was a CPT and enjoy the atmosphere, friendly staff, and top tier equipment.
Clients are required to join Fox Fitness with a low monthly membership fee to be eligible for training. Memberships are month-to-month an eligible for cancellation with 30 days notice at any time.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
Nutrition plans are not an additional charge to the session fees. Depending on your fitness goals, schedule, and time we can create a unique plan to suit your needs.
Payment & Cancelation Policy
Session payments will be taken either upfront or in two equal payments. I am available to work out a systematic time of payment based on your scheduled sessions.
Cash, check, or card are valid methods of payment.
Clients are able to cancel sessions 24 hours in advance via text, call, or email. If the 24-hour notice is not provided, an additional 5% of that session will be charged and invoiced to you.
