Typical Training Schedule

Each session will incorporate cardio, from 5 to 20 mins.

2 Days per week: 

A) Upper Body 

B) Lower Body 

3 Days per week: 

A) Legs 

B) Arms

C) Chest and Back

5 Days per week: This is a unique training plan. Contact me directly for scheduling. 

A) Quads & Hammies 

B) Biceps and Triceps 

C) Back and Shoulders

D) Glutes and Calves

E) Chest and Abs

Single Sessions

Single sessions will be scheduled by contacting me via text, call, or email! Please book online or contact me 24 hours in advance of the single sessions so we can make a fit for you! 

Single sessions will rate between $35-$55 depending on time.
